Tickets for The Cure's show in St. Pete go on sale.
Well, pre-sale. But that's essentially the same thing, isn't it? There's a linguistic conundrum here, isn't there, where the prefix pre- has lost its meaning. What, then, does it mean when the tickets "go on sale" later, even though Ticketmaster has already been selling them?
I'm not going to try to solve it now, though. Now, I'm going to get ready to buy tickets.
Or pre-buy them.
