It's been two and a half years, hasn't it. But just a few weeks ago, I met some kindred spirits for that same morning run on the clay trails. None of us were in great shape, so we didn't make the whole ten-mile loop, but still.

Delillo's latest novel, Zero K, intrigues me so far--I'm almost halfway through. Next on the reading list (at the recommendation of Chris Moses, whose taste in literature I suspect overlaps a bit with mine based on a recent conversation over coffee in Shanghai) is Han Kang's The Vegetarian.
