In which I say a few things

I'm teaching summer school. It's a four-week term, and we've just begun our second week, so things are well under way.

2.
Teaching during the summer is a different sort of experience. There are lots of drafts, lots of feedback, lots of direction, lots of revisions. But there is very little group interaction.

3.
Eddie Vedder has a new album titled Ukulele Songs. It's full of songs played on a ukulele--just what you'd expect from the title.

I tried to listen to it over the weekend, but it made me feel anxious. I'll try it again another day.

4.
Did I mention we're moving?

Yep. So that's where all of our free time was spent this weekend. We're planning to make the big move on Saturday and then be settled by the weekend.

I haven't run since I got back from Louisville.

First, there was the catching up on rest from the trip and recital, and now, there's the move.

Next week, once the move is mostly done, I'll get back into a regular routine.
