In which I begin a new year

1.
The year's first issue of elimae came out yesterday, and it includes an excerpt of one of my poems. There's also great work there from other folks, Howie Good and Eric Beeny among them.

2.
For my first run of the new year, I ran an out and back on Hancock Road, with a bit of the NTC's cross country course thrown in for good measure (and to round it out to an even eight). Nothing flashy, nothing too fast, but a good run with some nice hills.

3.
I'm currently reading Shya Scanlon's Forecast. More on that later.
