I have two poems in the latest issue of Writers' Bloc.
And three poems in the latest issue of > kill author. The issue is named after Flannery O'Connor. Years ago, when we visited O'Connor's childhood home in Savannah, the docent took us upstairs to the then-unrestored bedrooms. I remember standing in the young Flannery's room, staring out her window onto the square, imagining what it must have been like for her to live in that room while her father fought lupus in the next, probably knowing or at least suspecting that she would share his fate.
Also, the editors of >ka kindly noted this connection on their blog.
