• Samuel Taylor Coleridge, "The Aeolian Harp"

I've been thinking about the way their narratives move, about the way their metaphors develop (and shift), about the way their speakers (self-consciously) progress through the course of the poems.

In other news, I have a manuscript that's ready to send out. Maybe if I can get it in the mail, I can stop tinkering with those poems and start drafting some new ones.
